Electro Kabuki is a high-tech solution that guarantees a faultless reveal or kabuki drop for staged events. With its precision engineered technology, misfires, faulty releases and snagged drapes are a thing of the past. Electro Kabuki is easy to rig, even easier to operate and works flawlessly, first time, every time.
As a sophisticated but exceptionally easy-to-use kabuki drop system, Electro Kabuki comprises a selection of parts you can configure to precisely meet your exact event requirements. Robust Electro Kabuki dropper modules are the innovative units at the action end of the rig, while firing and control boxes are the intelligent heart of the entire system. In between are many useful components to make rigging simple and the whole construction instantly effective.
Choose your Electro Kabuki system configuration
Specifying an Electro Kabuki system is straightforward. Order enough EK Modules to space at intervals of one to two metres along your drape and enough cables to link them together. And be sure to select modules of the right voltage. Work out the distance from your control location to the first EK module, and order a cable that’s long enough.
If you need a simple manual kabuki drop, at the push of a button, choose a Basic Firing Box. But if you expect to perform an automated kabuki drop using DMX technology, you can specify the DMX/Sensing Firing Box; you’ll need an end-of-line unit to work with it.
Other EK components are readily available to let you set up more complex curtain drops and kabuki reveals: see the configuration examples below.
Basic Drop | Simple Drop -1 String | Simple Drop – 3 Strings |
Flop & Drop | Phased Drop -1 String | Phased Drop -2 Strings | Cargo Net |
